Alanis Morissette
Alanis Morissette, a Canadian, was born June 1 1974, in Ottawa. Alanis is the feminine version of Alan which is her father's birth name. She has two siblings: Chad (Alanis Twin) as well as Wade. In the age of 6 She learned to play the piano. After that, she was 21 and her first guitar lesson, she was a musician. Alanis released a single in 1986 called Fate Stay with My (b Side: Find The Right Man). In Canada, Alanis recorded two dance-pop records: Alanis (in 1991) and The Time Is The Time in 1992. She was 18 when she relocated to Toronto and began working with a variety of performers and song writers, but these collaborations did not work. Following her move to LA her age was 19. Madonna's Maverick Records released the song "Jagged Little Pill", on June 13th, 1995. Alanis discovered a method of making songs that are very personal and autobiographical. JLP has sold about 30 million copies all over the world, turning into the highest selling female album, and also the third top-selling album of the past. The singer was in a state of emotion-driven conflict (she might have considered not releasing another record) and took a tour to India.
