Jill Hennessy
The Edmonton native is with Irish, Italian and Swedish origins, in addition to French Ukrainian, French as well as Swedish. Jacqueline's sister is an actor too. As a child, Jill became fluent in several languages, including Italian, French and Spanish. When she was 12, she began to become fascinated by acting. She began her acting career in Toronto with David Cronenberg's Dead Ringers playing an escort with their twin sisters. Following her improv classes with Deb Kimmet in Second City, she began her acting career in Toronto. After that, she relocated into New York two years later and signed a contract to portray assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid in the hit show that has been running for a long time Law & Order. In addition, she appeared in movies such as RoboCop 3 (1998), Ron Howard's The Paper (2000) and I Shot Andy Warhol 1996) during her three-year run. She worked in a few boring films during the subsequent time, but she finally got a starring part in the miniseries uremberg with Alec Baldwin. Autumn in New York, Exit Wounds and other major productions were to follow. Her first lead role was on the crime drama NBC's Crossing Jordan. And in 2007, in recognition of her contributions to the series, she received a Gracie Allen as the "Outstanding Female Actor in a Drama Series". In 2000, she got married to her co-star Paolo Mastropietro. Together, they have two children. In 2007 the couple was recognized as a member of Canada's Walk of Fame.
