Anamaria Marinca bio
Anamaria Martinca, an actress from Romania. She won the British Academy Television Award Best Actress award for her role in the Channel 4 film Sex Traffic. She is fluent in French, German English, and Romanian. Her father, a professor of theater at one of Romania's top theatre schools, is theater teacher. The award was presented to her as with the Best Female Actor Award in 2000 for the Mangalia Gala of Young Actors. In 2008 she was named a European Shooting Star' by the European Film Promotion Board.
